The method description of Phar::createDefaultStub is incorrect.

Expected result:

The method description to be:

Phar::createDefaultStub ? creates .... (something consistent about 
the method)

Actual result:
--------------
Phar::createDefaultStub ? Return the PHP loader or bootstrap stub of 
a Phar archive

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
