Doc Bug #47676 Wrong documentation for return values of ingres_query

Description:
------------
Original sentence from documentation of ingres_query return values:

"ingres_query() returns a query result identifier when there are rows to fetch else it returns FALSE when there are no rows, as is the case of an INSERT, UPDATE or a DELETE statement."

I tested ingres_query function and it returns result resource in INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE too, so I suppose that manual need to be updated.

Result resurce is needed for ingres_num_rows to return the number of affected rows in case of INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
