Description:
------------
Just a small suggestion for the wording on the define() function page.
This wording is redundant:

/* Note the use of quotes, this is important. This example is checking
 * if the string 'CONSTANT' is the name of a constant named CONSTANT */

Simplify it to:

/* Note the use of quotes, this is important. This example is checking
 * if the string 'CONSTANT' is the name of a constant. */

This should be easier to read.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

I applied abit different change which should do :)
