at http://www.php.net/manual/en/svn.constants.php there is a description for the constant SVN_REVISON_HEAD which should read SVN_REVISION_HEAD.  The incorrect constant is referenced in a number of other pages here http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.svn.php as well

Fixed in CVS. 

And this changed (was fixed) in pecl/svn 0.3. Thanks for the report :)
