Private report: No CVE-ID: None

Description:
------------
There are multiple issues with http://www.php.net/manual/en/reserved.php manual page:

1. __*__ are not exactly keywords, they are compile-time constants and described as such in other section. No reason to put them together with other keywords.
2. php_user_filter and exception are not keywords, they are system classes, which are described in other section
3. goto is 5.3 now
4. include/require have no links, and I think () is not needed
5. return needs no (), but should have a link

1/2) I made this patch that removes the predefined classes from the list, and orders the reserved keywords in one table, language constructs in another and finally one for compile time constants.

3) Goto being in 5.3 was fixed a couple of days ago.

4) Its because <function> doesn't work on them since they are in the control structure chapther, I've changed that to use <link>'s

5) Changed

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
