Pages cannot be displayed in PHP HTML Manual (English) when clicked on some topics in the contents pane.
These topics are:
1. Language Reference > Control Structures > if (works when you click prev or next)
2. Zend API
3. PHP API: Interfaces for extension writers (shows different topics when using prev/next)
4. Appendixes (main page cannot be displayed but works with prev/next)
Note: PHP Manual was unblocked after downloading by right clicking > Properties > Unblock.

Rudy: Could you verify that this is fixed in the new CHM?

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

All the pages opened from the CHM table of contents are now displayable fine (in PhD's CHM).
