a common mistake is that progammers use urldecode() to decode params from $_GET or $_REQUEST

Expected result:

add a comment on http://php.net/urldecode about $_GET|REQUST already urldecoded

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Added a warning section regarding the use of urldecode() in $_GET and $_REQUEST.
