Description:
------------
See summary. This function has been around for 6 months now, and I think it should be documented, as it is rather useful for debugging. :)

From NEWS (5.2.4):
--
Added php_ini_loaded_file() function which returns the path to the actual php.ini in use. (Jani)
--

And we should lookup when this information ("Loaded Configuration File") was added to phpinfo() too, maybe in this same version? It has that and ("Configuration File (php.ini) Path") now.

There is also a FAQ about locating/loading php.ini that should refer to this information.

This is now documented in CVS and will show up online eventually. Thanks for the report.

As it turns out, the info was added to phpinfo() in 5.2.2 with this function being added later.
