instanceof keyword is missing in Reserved Words, extends is doubled.

(I'm filling a bug report due to the commit freeze.)

Reproduce code:
---------------
reserved.keywords page

Expected result:
----------------
<link linkend="language.operators.type">instanceof</link> (as of PHP 5)

Actual result:
--------------
<link linkend="language.oop5.basic">extends</link>

** Ignore: self and parent.
Its only reserved for class/interface/namespace names.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
