Current downloadable English PHP manual (php_manual_en.CHM, generated: Tue Jul 03 12:40:04 2007) is missing half of it's content.

It's file size is only 2,55 MB, whereas, for an example, German PHP manual (php_manual_de.CHM) is 7,79 MB and seems to not miss content.

Zend API, PHP API, FAQ, Appendixes chapters are missing and even some function descriptions.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
