i want download the newest php_manual_de.chm but if i have download and then "start" it, i get an error. i think the file is corrupted.
I have try many mirrors with Firfox and Internet Explorer but no one works for me.
php_manual_en.chm works fine for me but i want the german version.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php
