When trying to get access to the forum from bof academy or staracademy I have this message that appears:
Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug in /home/aceboard/forum/param.php on line 306

You need to contact the maintainers of that forum, we're just supplying the computer language that they use.
