there were full of question marks filled into english chm version manual.

the Next/Prev nav link in every page broken to ????/????
and in content there more or less some ???? appeared.

if i recall correctly it's appeared in 2005.
and today I get the php_manual_en.chm (Edited by
Gabor Hojtsy,"This file was generated: Tue May 30 00:15:09 2006") and these qustion marks still exists there


So I still using an chm build in 2004 most times.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

sorry, I have searched "chm qustion mark" in advanced search before post, and as result I feel there seems not been reported, then I make this submit.
