In the Appendix G : php.ini directives (in French Annexe G : directives du php.ini <http://ch2.php.net/manual/fr/ini.php>) there are some traduction errors in the Changelog column.

For example, in the html_errors directive :
'PHP_INI_SYSTEM in PHP <= 4.2.3. [...]'
French version :
'PHP_INI_SYSTEM depuis PHP <= 4.2.3. [...]'
The french version is incorrect and has no sense. It means 'PHP_INI_SYSTEM since PHP <= 4.2.3'. The correct version would be :
'PHP_INI_SYSTEM pour PHP <= 4.2.3.' or 'PHP_INI_SYSTEM jusqu'? PHP 4.2.3.'

All the errors matches the 'depuis PHP <=' pattern. There are 13. It didn't seems that there are another errors.
