Hey!
File PHP_MANUAL.PL.CHM is still broken for about a year!, and on Google I can find just a really OLD polish version of PHP manual in CHM. Pleease please pleeeease fix it! :)

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
