I'm using PHP 5.1.2, IIS, Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7
On my computer system showing the time is 11:36 PM (Friday, March 31 2006)
But when i running the following script:

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$today = date("H:i:s; l, M d, Y");
echo "$today"; //$today is return 00:36:15; Saturday, Apr 01, 2006; another time function return the same value
//like strftime();
?>

Expected result:
----------------
it return the uncorrectly time (something 
like the converting from php is added more 3600 of microtime).

Actual result:
--------------
the actual result is same as system time, but it return the time uncorrectly.

Use date_default_timezone_set() or date.timezone INI directive to set correct default timezone.
