in Installation:
"You may download this PECL extension DLL from the PHP Downloads"

But in Windows Binaries in the downloads page, the extension php_zip.dll no exists!
I do not find this DLL.

Yes, it's in there:

PHP 5: The PECL collection

Documentation looks sufficient.
