This code is throwing fatal error..I dnt know Y it is happening ? Pls help me..

This is the code...

$handle=printer_open();
printer_start_doc($handle,"footer.php");
printer_start_page($handle);
printer_end_page($handle);
printer_end_doc($handle);
printer_close($handle);
?>

Its giving the error..
Error :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function printer_open() in c:\wamp\www\everfinn\sans\school\school_view.php on line 16


Please help me anybody..

I installed php_installer.php in PHP Folder.
