The page http://www.php.net/manual/en/configure.php has a link to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/en/mod/core.htmlacceptpathinfo in the last line before the user comments.  The intended target appears to be http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/en/mod/core.html#acceptpathinfo .

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
