Status: Not a bug Package: Unknown/Other Function
PHP Version: 4.4.0 OS: Windows Server 2003
Private report: No CVE-ID: None
[2005-09-28 23:25 UTC] starlite at starlitedvd dot com
Description:
------------
When using a MySQL script to pull back 2 small pieces of information, and echoing them onto my screen for copying and pasting into other applications, php can only pull back 30,000 or so lines. I saw it randomly brought back 30,298 then 39,447.

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://www.starlitedvd.com/mycode.html

Expected result:
----------------
An output of all of the data from ROW 1 to ROW 90,000 from MySQL.

Here's some copied from the output, but not all of it:

You can see 1 being the auto_increment that has the data. the next number is a UPC code and the last are some ASIN codes. basically you can fill a database will data as long as this, with 90,000 lines of MySQL data, and you shouldn't be able to get past the problem i'm having.

Do you have display_errors On and error_reporting set to E_ALL ?

I just removed the error_rerporting(0); from my functions file, and I receive this: However I have the execution time set to 9999 in php and MySQL, maybe there is a code I can put in my script that will fix this? You guys are fast and smart ;)

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in F:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\functions.php on line 2185

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions. Due to the volume
of reports we can not explain in detail here why your report is not
a bug. The support channels will be able to provide an explanation
for you.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

set_time_limit(9999); fixed this problem.

However I still think something like this should be included in you guys setup, like: "Will you be processing scripts that may output large amounts of data in more than 30 seconds of time?" :P

Thanks for the help, i know you guys are busy.

Thx
