Some tests don't work on windows because of the new line chars.

Here is a patch to fix them: http://mega.ist.utl.pt/~ncpl/patch_php_tests.txt

It also fixes some date tests when the TZ var is set, and some tests after Ilia's commit (yesterday) that changed an E_STRICT to E_NOTICE.

Fixed tests under ext/lang/.
Not sure about others, you should probably ask Derick to review date related tests.

so where do you want me to report it?
I've sent a patch to dev list and nobody commented it. Thats why I've opened this bug report. At least 2 test cases were fixed by Antony...
