I've just downloaded the whole russian docs archive and it's just 4 megabytes of junk. It's not a server problem, the files are all garbled.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Please stop reopening this bug.
The online documentation needs some time to get updated - changes to the XML source don't instantly happen to the online  docs.
