English (and good behavior): 
UID/GID checks are bypassed when including files from this directory and its subdirectories (directory must also be in include_path  or full path must including).

French (and bad behavior):
Les v?rifications bas?es sur le UID ou GID  sont ignor?es lorsque les fichiers sont issus du dossier et de ses sous-dossiers, indiqu? dans cette directive. Les dossiers peuvent ?tre aussi dans l'include_path  ou bien il faut inclure le chemin complet.

The translation is missing the "when including files from" distinction.

Bug fix: replace "les fichiers sont issus" par "les fichiers sont inclus"

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
