http://php.net/msql_error says the funciton takes a parameter.   It does not.  See
http://cvs.php.net/annotate.php/php-src/ext/msql/php_msql.c?rev=1.58#478
to confirm.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
