the result from strtotime("now"); gives me only the timestamp from the beginning of the actual day.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
echo strtotime("now");
?>

Expected result:
----------------
1093854300

Actual result:
--------------
1093816800 -> 30.08.2004 00:00:00

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
