Description:

arpa/ directory isn't included in the source distribution tarball.  This prevents VC++ compilation of things like arpa/inet.h, which is required by nearly everything.
No documentation is included with the source dist that explains how to build the project (it doesn't compile out-of-the-box), or where to obtain the required extra libraries (such as zlib).

fastcgi project is missing in v5.0.0
zend project isn't found properly in v5.0.0
