Im trying to make a login page passing session data to remember the login details. I know that the code works as it was on another PC working fine. But the seesions are not kept and fall over. i have a front form which posts the name and ID. It is checked with a MYSQL DB and made into a session.

Reproduce code:

session_start();
	$_SESSION["name"] = $UserDetails["Name"];
	$_SESSION["userid"] = $UserDetails["UserID"];
	header ("Location: login.php");

Expected result:

The session data is then passed on the login.php
i can then use name and user id to give access to site. 

Actual result:

but when i use print_r($_SESSION) it does not display the session information.
