The documentation for SOAP found at http://us4.php.net/soap contains a link to the W3C specifications for SOAP.  Clicking this link results in a 404 error.  The proper link should be http://www.w3.org/TR/soap/

The WSDL link was broken and is now fixed.  These changes will show up in the PHP manual after the next build.
