Calling setlocale() in an included file doesn't change the format of strftime().

System: Apache/1.3.29 (Win32) PHP/4.3.5RC3


Short Testcase:

foo1.php
---------->
echo setlocale (LC_ALL, array('de_DE', 'de_DE@euro', 'de', 'ge', 'german');
strftime("%A, %d.%B.");
<----------

Output: German_Germany.1252

Works.


bar.php
---------->
echo setlocale (LC_ALL, array('de_DE', 'de_DE@euro', 'de', 'ge', 'german');
<---------

foo2.php
---------->
require('bar.php');
strftime("%A, %d.%m.");
