PHP5 does not install on NT4 - I get the following error when accessing the CLI to check the install: 

"The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameA could not be loaded in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll" 

Got it working on XP, Windows 2000 but unfortunately not on NT4.
