Doc Bug #25559 Documentation on "Database Security" should be edited by a native speaker

Description:
------------
Hello excellent developers of the excellent PHP! Let me begin by stating that normally I find the PHP documentation to be excellent, and that any glitches are but ripples in an otherwise smooth experience.

Unfortunately, the documentation on "Database Security" (http://www.php.net/manual/en/security.index.php) reads like it was written by a learner of the English language. It apparently has not been spell-checked (I take it 'connecion' is not an English word) and some sentences are complete mysteries to me. For example, I have no idea what the author means by 'In the more place you take the more action to increase the protection of your database, the less probability of that an attacker succeeds'.

May I suggest that a native speaker of English reads the document in question and tries to rewrite the parts that need it in clear and concise English?

I am not a native speaker of English myself, or I would send in patches and/or suggestions myself.

Many thanks in advance.
