Trying to rewrite tags with session id, does not work.

Reproduce code:
---------------
ini_set("session.use_trans_sid", "1");
ini_set("url_rewriter.tags","a=href,area=href,frame=src,input=src,form=fakeentry,fieldset=");

session_id('temp');

session_start();

$_SESSION["var"] =  "testvar";

echo '<a href="index.php>'; // not rewritten

Expected result:
----------------
Rewriting of tags with session id.

Actual result:
--------------
No tag rewriting.

You can't set session.use_trans_sid in your script, only in php.ini or .htaccess files.
