When I'd like to load DOMXML, XSLT, GD and some other extension, return  Apache an error message, that he couldn't read from memory....

Reproduce code:

It happened, when I wanted start Apache with PHP5 support

Expected result:
----------------
I could start Apache with PHP5 support.
