Doc Bug #23568 bad documentation for stat()

User's notes report 3 problems :

1 : stat() also stores the data in associative indices in the returned array

2 : as some user's note say it, the numeric indices starts at  0 not 1 as the use of <orderedlist> display

3 : "lonewolf at WPI dot edu" claims that the function returns NULL if an invalid filename is entered. Here's the result from 4.3.1

Stat failed for forum_poezferfrest.php (errno=2 - No such file or directory
bool(false) 

so the note must be removed and a little note about the Warning may be added.

5 user's notes should be removed when this bug will be fixed.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a PHP problem, snapshots of the sources are packaged
every three hours; this change will be in the next snapshot. You can
grab the snapshot at http://snaps.php.net/.
 
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up soon at
http://www.php.net/manual/.

In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites in short time.
