I stumble 'bout the section LXXVI (PHP Options and Information), function assert.
It documented not in it's original manner: assert takes care, the given
expression (which it checks) is TRUE - nothing else.
It takes appropriate action if its result is FALSE, that's also true, but it's
meaning is: take care, that x is TRUE.

Could you please change it to it's complete meaning:

assert takes care, the given expression (which it checks)
is TRUE. It takes appropriate action if its result is
FALSE.
It's meaning is: assert(x) takes care, that x is TRUE.
