Whenever a session_start() is invoked PHP crashes Apache

and returns an Error 404.


OS:          Windows 2000 Server
Webserver:   Apache 1.3.22
PHP-Version: 4.1.1 running as module
PHP-ini:     php.ini (php.ini-dist) unmodified

Also, 4.0.6 works fine.
