Hello!

I downloaded the German and the English CHM-Files and tried to view them. But the help-file viewer crashed when
opening the files. This happens under Windows XP (okay shame on me, but I'm one of the guys who has to test
this "OS")

This happens when the files wasn't downloaded completely, or when there was an error during transfer. Downloading the file again should solve the problem.

The file manual-de.chm is 2.517.154  bytes in size and has an md5 of
5773ce085896c6f4665c1b3d7b7bd34b
I downloaded it more than once and the result was always the same.
I fetched it via wget from
http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/manual-de.chm
Can you please tell me, if I did something wrong (or is XP the problem?)?
