Can't send script, because at first it is long, and second it worked before I changed include_path.

Browser will say:
Warning: Failed opening '/home/users/wwwadmin/public_html/horde/test.php3' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php/phplib') in Unknown on line 0

but some other scripts work.
without include_path, this script work, not other...

This gives us absolutely no information to go on.  If you can explain under what circumstances this error occurs, and what you did to fix it, we might be able to help.
