I run php as apache module (apache 1.3.19)
I put this code:

putenv("LANG=RO");
bindtextdomain ("domain", "./locale");
textdomain ("domain");

everything is ok.

Then I modify the value of the language ( and it's ok 'cause I display it with getenv("LANG"), but the translation doesn't change.

If I run php as cgi this works fine.

I have the same problem with php 4.0.4pl1
