Description:

PHP 7.3 and 7.4 extensions do not build, because of linking issues.
Issue was created through macports:
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/61464

Solution is was applied for some otherapplications:
https://trac.macports.org/browser/macports-ports/devel/libtool/files/dynamic_lookup-11.patch


Will submit PR though Github.

Expected result:
----------------
php73-curl
php73-curl build passes fine and php works.

Actual result:
--------------
php73-curl
php73-curl build fails.
