Test only fails for TS builds regardless of opcache on/off. Test also fails for 7.4.0alpha1.

Thanks!  This is actually a "real" bug, causing a segfault.

I wonder why this test didn't fail on AppVeyor, though.  Have to
investigate.

While I'm still wondering why the test apparently passes on
AppVeyor, this is clearly a bug that needs to be fixed.
