If ignore_user_abort is by default 0.

And we are trying to change it with function:
ignore_user_abort(true); // no change is really done

but if we try:
ini_set('ignore_user_abort', true); // it works

Test script:
---------------
ignore_user_abort(true);
echo ignore_user_abort(); // gives 0

Expected result:
----------------
1

Actual result:
--------------
0
