Hi

We wanted to compile the php-5.5.x using the --with-libmbfl configure switch for Linux and Windows to use the external libmbfl. Though this option is present on Linux, it is not present on Windows.

We have attached the patch (for ext/mbstring/config.w32) that allows users to provide this switch like on Linux.

Thanks for the patch, just commited. I've refactored it once more afterwards, so please check the 5.5 branch. Should be worky but i've no external libmbfl builds at hand to test that part.
