Actually tested with beta3 but I think it is reproducable with beta4 too.

Test script:
---------------
$powToken = token_get_all('<?php **')[1][0];
echo token_name($powToken), "\n";

$powEqualToken = token_get_all('<?php **=')[1][0];
echo token_name($powEqualToken);

Expected result:
----------------
T_POW
T_POW_EQUAL

Actual result:
--------------
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN

The fix for this bug has been committed.
