In http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/archives/ every windows binary release up to PHP version 5.4.1 has provided "php5embed.lib". We need this library for PHP 5.5.4 as we use it in one of our projects. Why is it not provided anymore with any windows releases bigger 5.4.1?
