Description:
------------
This request allows us to add XML markup to any file, such as:

 <version>PHP 5 &gt;= 5.2.0</version>

Bad XML example. However, upon further thought any book/chapter/sect/... would
allow adding version information in a similar fashion to how function pages do now
(via versions.xml info).

Example places we might do this:
 - class docs
 - goto
 - include/require

There is a <revision> and and a <revnumber> tag. But <revision> requires a <date>
and either an <author> or an <authorinitials>.

But <para role="revinfo">PHP 5 &gt;= 5.3.0</para> should cover it.

Unsure how I feel about a magical element that needs to inject that information
into the heading of the document.

How about something like:
<para><?phpdoc print-version-for="include_once"?></para>

Which would lookup in the aggregated versions.xml file and return the version of
include_once?

The you'd start the chapter/reference/article with that line to get the
structure consistent with the refpages?

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Blah. Forgot to mention the bug number in the commit.
