The CURLOPT_FTP_SKIP_PASV_IP option is part of libcurl (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html ) but no predefined constant exists for use with curl_setopt().

thanks for reporting this issue. issue seemed to be pretty straight 
forwaded. 

docs need to be updated to include the following parameter within 
CURLOPT_FTP_SKIP_PASV_IP

http://php.net/manual/en/function.curl-setopt.php

I believe, this fix should be available from php 5.3.3 onwards... Until 
then, u can use the latest snapshot from http://snaps.php.net/ until 
this fix becomes part of an official release.
