Hello,

For my article : 'php - string manipulation' i'm tested the various results of must php functions.

For the functions str_rot13() i have tested with NULL in the  single argument, the result of this test is: crash.

I have tested with PHP 5.1.2 (win 32 packtage), PHP 5 cvs of today (win 32 packtage), and with PHP 4.3.10-16 (cli) (Linux Debian).

(Sorry for my english.)

Reproduce code:

echo str_rot13(NULL);
?>

Expected result:
----------------
no result ?

Actual result:
--------------
crash

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
