The "/usr/bin/test" command of Solaris OS does not have "-e" argument.
Therefore, it becomes the error of the following:

% ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs \
              --enable-mbstring=shared \
              --enable-mbregex=shared

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
