Make strtotime() recognize "YYYYMMDDhhmmss [ZZZ]" strings.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
